Please be aware that this afternoon, May 27, there will be a High School Regional Soccer Game held at the Leeds field beginning at 3:00 PM. Leeds Elementary will be releasing from school during our first half of the game.
As a result, parking will be limited, especially on the back side of the school. All fans are to initially park on Capitol and Adams Street and avoid the parking lot to allow for elementary student pick up. By half time, people will be able to move their cars back to the parking lot.
We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and be mindful of this change during afternoon dismissal.

Sioux City North High School theater department will participate in the 2025 Iowa High School Musical Theater Awards Showcase, in honor of the school's achievements for its March production of Little Women.
The Showcase will be held at the Des Moines Civic Center on Thursday, May 29 at 7:00 p.m.
Select students Annaliese Hoekstra and Claire Henneman will perform an excerpt from their award-winning role in Little Women as Jo and Beth March.
Annaliese Hoekstra, Claire Henneman, and Allen Qasim will also participate in the Triple Threat Award program with other advanced performing students.
Tickets to the Showcase, which start at $15, will go on sale on Friday, May 16, 2025 at 10 AM at DMPA.org, the Des Moines Civic Center Ticket Office, and by phone at 515-246-2300.
The Awards Showcase will be live-streamed at IowaPBS.org as part of a collaboration with Iowa PBS. Iowa PBS will also broadcast a highlights special of the event later this summer on dates to be announced.

Attention to all Seniors/guests wanting to attend Prom. Starting on 3/24, to be eligible, students must be passing all classes, have 0 suspensions, 7 or less tardies, and attend 90% of their scheduled classes (5-10 absences) until the week of Prom.

Due to the weather, the Sioux City Community School District will have a two-hour late start today - Tuesday, February 11. Thank you.
Due to the weather, Sioux City Community Schools will have a two-hour late start tomorrow, Tuesday, January 21. School will begin at the following times: Elementary School - 10:30 am; Middle School - 9:45 am; and High School - 9:55 am. Please note that tomorrow is a "B" Day for our middle and high schools.
